Exchange and Refund Policy

At Kora Ori, each garment is handloomed and naturally dyed. Slight variations in weave, texture, and color are inherent characteristics of handloom craftsmanship and are not defects but a mark of authenticity and artistry.

1. Important Note on Natural Dye & Handloom Variations

Due to the use of:

  • Natural dyes

  • Traditional weaving techniques

  • Handcrafted finishing

Minor variations in:

  • Color shade

  • Texture

  • Weave irregularities

  • Print alignment

Shall not be considered damage, defect, or grounds for return/exchange.

By purchasing from Kora Ori, customers acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of handmade artistry.

 

2. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange only, not refunds, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

Exchange requests must:

  • Be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include unboxing video proof

  • Include clear photos

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact

Exchange is applicable only for:

  • Size issues (if requested within timeline)

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product delivered

 

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom or made-to-measure garments

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Products without tags

  • Items returned without prior approval

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email us at [Email ID]

  • Share unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Share order number

After verification:

  • Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

 

5. Refund Policy

As a small-batch artisanal brand, we do not offer refunds, except in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Product unavailable after order confirmation

  • Verified damaged product and replacement not available

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
