  • Since Kora Ori products are handloomed and may be made-to-order, processing time may extend to 7–10 business days during peak seasons.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays in Telangana.

Customers will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Within India

  • We ship across India through reliable courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery timeline:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.

5. Delays & Liability

Kora Ori is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Political disruptions

  • Courier partner issues beyond our control
